What does the hiring process look like?
The hiring process is different for every role. Usually, you can expect 4-6 rounds including culture screeners and reference checks. The process includes behavioural questions and sometimes applied elements such as mini challenges. We look forward to seeing your application!
What can I expect after I apply?
Soon after you apply through our website or participating job boards, you'll receive confirmation that your application was successfully received. If the hiring team is interested in a chat, (hint: always apply with a cover letter and resumé), someone from our Talent & Culture Team will contact you via email with next steps.
Are there remote and/or hybrid roles?
Yes! We have both remote and hybrid opportunities. If you reside within the Greater Toronto Area, the hybrid option may be perfect for you, which consists of coming into the Junction office three days a week (usually Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays). If you live outside of the GTA, you'll likely want to work remotely.
